Summary Portfolios
Returning teams to the F1 in Schools challenge will notice a new requirement this year; the submission of a summary portfolio. This has been introduced this season in advance of next year where it may become necessary in certain regions to pre-qualify for a regional final due to the limited numbers we can accommodate and judge at an event.
The summary portfolio is intended to be a scaled down version of the teams 20 page portfolio presented to judges. The document can be fully graphically illustrated or a simple word document. We suggest the following contents
Page 1 – Cover page with team logo and team information
Page 2 – Car Design concepts
Page 3 – Research for car design
Page 4 – Manufacture and testing
Page 5 – Marketing and Sponsorship and project management flowchart
The portfolio should be emailed to admin@f1inschools.co.uk no later than one week prior to your regional final and documents should be no larger than 1mb.
